As of March 12, 2025, here are some of the top construction projects currently underway in Northern Ireland:
- New Children’s Hospital, County Antrim
A £389 million project focusing on the construction of a state-of-the-art children’s hospital. - Belfast Grand Central Station
A major infrastructure project that has recently been completed, featuring eight terminus platforms and a bus station with 26 stands, enhancing Belfast’s transportation network. - Dundonald International Ice Bowl Development
A £55 million redevelopment project aimed at modernizing the existing ice rink and leisure facilities. - Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC), Newtownabbey
A £30.2 million project led by Queen’s University Belfast to establish a 10,500 sq m industry-led research center. - Shared Education Campus, Ballycastle
