Scaffolding all in place for facade/roofing works
Complex scaffolding against adjacent properties
Example of exposed bay window beams in need of replacement
Example of internal walls stripped back to brickwork
Rear elevation before repairs and formation of new openings
Former location of garage, demolished prior to Christmas holidays
Interesting device. Bank manager was able to lock ground floor safe from second floor location
Existing second floor ceiling prior to modifications to remove ceiling completely and install partial mezzanine
Certain amount of dry rot and wet rot to investigate and repair accordingly
Generally, works progressing well following more detailed surveys and action plans being discussed. Electricians and plumbing already started and window repairs under way.
Update: 16-10-2019 McGrady Contracts has started preliminary work on this interesting scheme.
